Looking for help with a project.

I'm looking for some small turned parts to be made , has anyone any recommendations for people who do small machining projects by post ?

Part is a bushing 1.5 " round bar x 1.5 " long. 20 mm bore.

You can buy ready made bronze bushings from most bearing suppliers.

Or is it something special?

38mm is within 4 thou of inch an ' arf so could do the trick. If we knew what the trick was.

Yes but chances of finding 38mm OD x 20mm ID off the shelf are slim, 40/20 possible. as well as 1.5/0.75 even then the bush is going to be quite a slack fit if it needs to go in a 1.5" hole
