Classifieds response bug?

I've had an email about a response to a classified ad, but it doesn't provide any info as to who has made the response or any contact email etc. I'm wondering if there's a bug where, I'm pretty sure anyway, it used to come to the forum inbox by default and optionally give email info?

The system puts an initial paragraph into the e-mail which includes the senders e-mail address. Some people delete that bit.
