A very neglected loco

Whilst scouring Fleabay for tender wheels for my almost finished B1 I came across this. The wheels are spoked so not to scale for my No:1010 but it looked so sad and the price they are asking Hmmm.

Bob, if it were a cat or dog, the SPCA would prosecute the owner for neglect! I suppose there are some parts that can be used. 500 pounds and going down, till someone bids? Ian S C
