I did fill in my profile, however… when I click on my own name it says : "User profile not public"

How do I change that to public?

Go back to edit your profile again and there should be a checkbox to enable your public profile and to show your name/address etc.

Go to "Settings" on the green bar at the top of the page, one of the options that comes up is "my Profile" select that and then on the next screen you get the checkbox Mark mentions.
