Hi, I am not technically new here. I used to post a bit around 10 years ago. I cannot remember my handle though, and after a couple of years trying to guess on and off (and no longer able to access old email accounts), thought I would the plunge to make a new account.

My name is Pete, 37, I am a professional engineer and Boiler maker in Newton Abbot, Devon. I have been model engineering since I was tall enough to stand on a box and work the old Myford ML10 in ‘dad’s workshop’

I’m passionate for road steam, but known to dabble with locos. Anyway – ’nuff said, for now!
