Help me

I bought at the beginning of the year a Merlin Agricultural kit to Historic Steam Models . I have received it with several months of delay but it is incomplete. Important parts are missing. For 3 months I have no more piece of news and the mail which I sent was returned to me!!! Have you information on this subject? How to get back the missing parts? Thank you of your understanding. J’ai aussi commandé ce Kit Merlin et l’ai reçu avec 11 mois de délai !!!

Quasiment jamais de réponse à mes e-mails !

Reçu incomplet : manque les 2 grandes roues arrières et les 4 glissières .

Les écrous et rondelles ne sont pas en inox usiné , mais de simples pièces du commerce en acier nickelées !!!

La qualité de la peinture est très moyenne …

En ce qui concerne les 2 roues et les 4 glissières , dans la notice , sur la première feuille , il est indiqué un délai de 4 semaines .

Cela fait déja 2 mois , toujours rien …et pas de réponse à mes e-mails .

Qu’en est il pour vous et le kit Merlin que vous avez reçu ?

Ou en ètes vous , qu’avez vous pu obtenir ?

J ‘ received disturbing answers. I am not any more the only one in that case: KIT DELIVERS INCOMPLETE WITH NUMEROUS MONTHS OF DELAY AND PAID. No more answer (mail, e-mail or phone?) to get back the missing rooms(parts,plays)!!!

J’ ai les coordonnées exactes des responsables d’Historic Steam Models ,le directeur est Mr Derek Bruce GIDDINS , 27 Tillingbourne road , Shalford / Guildford , GU4 8EY (Surrey) tel 00 44 1483 532 826 .

Mais le seul interlocuteur est Mr Richard WAKEFORD Beke Rew , Marringdean road , Billinghurst RH14 9HF (west Sussex) 00 44 7838 945 768 ,

Son adresse personnelle est celle de l’entreprise .

Je ne parle pas l’anglais et n’ai pas téléphoné !

Dans un rare e-mail de Mr Wakeford , celui-ci à justifié son retard par raison familliale : ( Cancer de sa soeur ) et les pièces manquantes , à cause de retour vers sous-traitant pour défauts de qualité .

J’ai réclamé les roues et glissières manquantes , mais aucune réponse !!!!!

Vos pièces manquantes sont elles les mêmes ?

Je n’ai trouvé aucun autre fournisseur et ne sais pas comment je pourrai réaliser les roues en inox .

Si cela vous intéresse , j’ai la notice traduite approximativementen français (Google) et peux vous les envoyer en pièces-jointes .

Hi Nick,

I use Yahoo and looking near the top of my current screen, there is a line of symbols same line as Y! web search, which nicludes a picture of a fish. When mouse is hovered over it, it says, “Translate Page” – this is Babelfish, which I think you have to specifically download. I find it works onders!!

just received some news from the Head of Historic Steam Models after
four months of silence, and I hope that a successful outcome will be
found quickly to settle this situation. Especially as the Merlin
Agricultural Kit is a kit high quality.

Models.
It promises to soon for news of missing components.

Dans son dernier e-mail Mr Richard Wakeford à indiqué que suite au décès de sa soeur ,depuis fin aout , il n’avait pas pu s’occuper des kits d’ Historic Steam Models .
Il promet de donner très prochainement des nouvelles des composants manquants .

I send a new message when I know the missing components.

J’ai envoyé un courrier recommandé signalant l’annonce d’une procédure de justice .

Courrier bien réceptionné , signature à l’arrivée .

– 2 mois après : aucune réponse !

J’ai abandonné et mis deux boites de Camembert à la place des roues ! ! !

Non ….sérieusement , j’ai réalisé les deux roues manquantes avec des cercles de patissier en inox 18/10 et du profilé en laiton …et c’est impeccable , on ne voit aucune différence .

Mon kit est terminé , fonctionne et est dans une vitrine .

Affaire terminée .
