Problems with obtaining ME Back Issues

Hi – I am interested in the article on an Improved Black Five Regulator published in recent issues of the ME but have only been able to obtain a copy of No.4648 from the ME Back Issues department. Part 3 is described in ME 4648 with Part 2 in 4646 but I have not establised the issue relating to Part 1. Can anybody help me locate copies of the two MEs describing Parts 1 and 2?

If you don't mind digital then you can either take out a digital subscription and get the best part of 20yrs of back issues

Or Pocketmags do individual digital back issues

Could anyone tell me the number of the ME magazine containing Part 1 of the above topic?
