I have got no idea how long that would take.

They are made by Zoho International Artforms more examples here though the website has not been updated for ages.

Given the complex shapes of some of the parts I'm guessing it's mostly CNC. Nice though. I'd love to see plans for something a bit easier to make in the home workshop with a manual lathe and mill.

I'm sure I've seen this displayed elsewhere, the "mechanical man" statues

I seriously doubt all hand tools!
