Anyone able to help identify this please?

It has not manufacturers mark that I can see. It has a vertical slide and the brass chuck mount can also be rotated. The 3 jaw Pratt Type 1 chuck can be rotated by releasing two pinch bolts – on the other end of the straight arbour is a 48 position dividing plate and pin.

It came with a Colchester Bantam Mk1 and has a mounting plate to bolt on top of the cross slide, with the mounting that fits. However, when mounted there is no orientation whereby stock in the jaws can be put perpendicular or parallel to the main lathe chuck (fitted say with a mill end). So I am mystified how to use it as a dividing head or something else.

        Any thoughts?

        Many thanks.
