Could some one please advice me how to seal the cylinder to boiler on a Allchin

Use a thin paper gasket such as 1/64" "sheet jointing" smeared both sides with a jointing compound such as "Heldite", Rocal's Gaphite "Foliac" or plumbers" boss/stage white"

Heritage Steam will have all the jointing compounds, their papers may be a bit thick but the ME suppliers will have 1/64" jointing shuch as Reeves, Polly, Blackgates
