Is this 3 phase motor suitable for delta/VFD?

Any advice on this motor. It looks like a 2 speed 415v but anyone know if it’s possible to convert it to delta? For VFD ? My VFD is single in  & up to 380V out , I’ve used it fir 230V 3 phase but not up to thev380v it’s rated too.  I’ve never converted a 2 speed to delta (if it can even be done) its a  1.9KW motor from 2002 but not motor plate so can’t see if it’s a dual voltage
