Mini ER11 milling/drilling unit

Does anyone recognise this nicely made little ER11 milling/drilling setup?

In particular I’m wondering if it’s to a published design or totally hone-brew?

It has a built in LED to illuminate the work area, and comes with a variable PSU to run the motor up to 12V.
