Looks good Graham. I stocked up on 10" hacksaw blades last week at the Harrogate show, one of the traders selling eclipse 18 tpt all hard blades for £5 for 10.I've done a bit on mine this week, new bronze bearings and a spray job.

photo shows how the blade is secured and tensioned on mine ( you said you were not happy with the arrangement on yours)
