Changing the Title of a thread

Yes it needs a Mod to do it and it was me that changed it for you at about 7.23.

I thought this was going to be about changing dumb titles people use like "newbie needs help". Ones like that really need changing to be searchable for the topic covered so it can help future newbies needing help. And in uncharitable mode, the newbie needs whacking around the head with a wet kipper and told not to be so dumb.
