Hello.
I’m considering building the 2″ DNY as supplied by Blackgates. I’ve purchased the drawing and build notes to review ahead of committing to buying any castings. In part 10 of the build notes , John states that the details for compensating gears will be covered in another article. Does anyone know where this article is?

Reading other posts in this forum and the Law book I think I have calculated most of the dims but I’m unsure of the actual process. For example, what angel do I machine the blank face that I cut the teeth? Is that the FACE angle (10 deg)? Then what angle do I cut the teeth is that the CUTTING angle (77 deg)?

Any advice from anyone who has cut these gears appreciated
