Hi

I ordered some cutting tools from Arceurotrade.

Mostly milling cutters and some reamers.

The total order around £170.

They dispatched it very fast, but when i got it, i discovered that one cutter where missing (value around £8)

I have tried to get in touch with them 3 times the last 10 days, but they do not respond.

Any with similar experience??

As Neil says they usually get very good comments, I'm sure they will be able to look into it and from past queries raised here seem to have a very efficient system that allows them to log when customers contact them.

They don't give out new cutters for free anymore, just old scrappers that have been revitalised with the EMG-12
