I'm not in the market for one, but it seems like an awesome deal…
I may have browsed the web "occasionally" looking for tools, as I suspect many on MEW have and google sends me some improbable ads because of that.

This one though, seems surreal, I've followed the links a few times and they seem genuine. (Paypal has no problem with them that I can find)

You can get something like a long bed chester Centurion for $139 +$69 shipping to the UK….

Surely this can't be real can it?

If it looks too good to be true, then form your own opinions – !!!

Even the wooden garage is only $139, I can't see an address or telephone number.

I think that Steer Clear may be the wiser option.

Got to be a scam. Mind you I wouldn't give it house room even if it was free. smile

It looks to me a simple statement of fact that it's too good to be true.

Last machine I saw looked like that was a Clarke, and I thought it'd take me 3 days fiddle-faddle to adjust it into a usable state even if the components were square, straight and parallel – which the casually-assembled condition gave me every reason to doubt. My guess is they've prettied-up for a photoshoot one of a batch of remaindered or returned machines.

Badly-designed, too, even if perfectly made.

+1 for a suspected scam of some kind. $139 for that, or a shed, or even a chair as shown on the site is a very low dollar value for those items.

Could be that you sign up for one and then delivery/ duty / "release fee" is $2000 or something. One scam that is doing the rounds locally is the scammer will ask you to to go buy store gift cards and send them as payment. One lady lost $4000 doing this as the scammer pretended to be a very convincing law enforcement officer. He told her she could avoid a court appearance regarding a twenty year old tax evasion case by paying a fine with gift cards from a well known consumer electronics store. She was easily fooled, sure, but the scammers seem to be able to push the right fear buttons to get people to do these ludicrous schemes to steal their money. Be wary.

It ticks most of the boxes for being one of the many fake sites hosted by MyShopify, a genuine but much abused platform. MyShopify scams described here.

Clearly a scam. Much like the ads on Instagram!

Maybe the idea is that you will buy the machine, giving your credit card details so that they can empty your account that way?

Stand well back, I got caught recently, only about £25, by a site containing almost the same terms, conditions and promises.

They will send you something so that a tracking document can be verified keeping Paypal so very careful. In my case I received a small envelope complete with customs, it was mind you.
