Unable to access archive

I have a digital subscription, and I’m trying  to access the archive. However I keep getting this….

“The credentials are valid, but no active subscription was found!”

And while I’m at it, where do I find the current one I have a subscription for. I’ve never had anything sent.

Chris, if you scroll up to the red faq/help button and click on that, then scroll down to the subscription contact form, send a message and someone will get back to you. Might take a couple of days but they should sort the problem.

Hope it gets sorted. Do they have your email correctly? Might explain why you’ve not heard from them and why it  doesn’t recognise you. I conveniently get a mail each time a new issue comes out with a link to take me to it.

As Andrew says use the contact form. Others have got the same message that you have and it is some form of glitch in the system.

If it is a new subscription then you should have got an email to activate your subscription (check spam folder) othewise you do not get sent anything and just need visit the Archive which by default will open the newest issue.

Those who have registered for Pocketmags will get an email to say the new one is ready to view.

OK thanks, I’ve activated it with Pocketmags so I can see the current issue now. I didn’t get anything at all from them.
