Paddleduck

I have downloaded drawings, the metric version by Harris and Henry for Mr.J.Bogstandards "Paddleduck" but after studying sheet 2 and 3 – the general arrangement drawings, I cannot make out where the "Steam Control Block" seen on components sheet 1 fits in. Is it me? Am I missing somit?

I'll get started on this model soon- I will, I really will!

Its the block on the side of the engine with 3 copper pipes comming out of each side
