Operating Instructions for Coal-Fired Vertical Boiler

I have built a stuart half-beam and 10V engines and am about to order a complete coal-fired vertical boiler from GLR.

Where can I find information about how I should connect these up (eg lubricators/water feed etc) and also how I should operate the boiler safely? There seems a lot of information on building engines and boilers, but less on general plumbing and operation.
