I was nearly taken in by the above scam which looks absolutely genuine.

I filled in the on-line form but became suspicious when it requested bank and credit card details 'to confirm identity'.

I have reported this to the NHS

I have read that they are taking your details and selling them to others who are not vaccinated and putting this on their NHS record so they can get a passport for around £800.00 a person including make of vaccine and batch number.

Perhaps it is just a matter of terminology, but we do not have NHS Covid Passports in England. So I guess the question I should ask is really what form were you filling in and why?

There was talk of covid passports for overseas travel and I have two Dutch holidays booked for next year.

I cannot show the form because I reported it and then deleted it.

No matter which "Magic Bullet" is concerned, you will be able to purchase one on the magic Flee a couple of days later.

                Regards Ian.

We have just back from 2 weeks in the Canaries. Going out was show your vaccination pass from NHS. & fill in a passenger locator form on a Spain website. Qr code is then received to show on arrival at destination. 2 Covid tests are purchased before travel. 1 to do 2 days before return to UK. With a results QR code to show.

Then a passenger locator form has to be filled in on the UK website , showing the QR code from test.

Then 2 days after return , another covid test which has to be sent to a lab for checking.

I must say the whole thing was very stressful to do. Had i been much younger maybe i would have taken it in my stride.

To top it all , I broke the sump on a Fiat 500 rental , which cost me 500 euro's. Phew.

Glutton for punishment so we have booked for next year with the Family.

                  Steve.

You could get the app for P.C or Tablet. Remember they only last a month. So if going away ,then you need to get one near your travel date.

This is something very similar Michael but I reported it to an NHS spam site.
