      Hi, l

Looking for a sketch or drawing showing the internal components and layout of a mechanical lubricator and check valve for my 4" TE.

There are two o-ring seals, two supporting discs, the ball and spring.

Are drawings availble showing the O ring size

      The ram is 3/16"

      Regards

I think from your description above that you might mean the Jim Ewins type lubricator design, a google search using his name should bring something up. Uses a pair of o rings and the output can be designed in by varying the shim washers as opposed to the LBSC type oscillating cylinder design.

here's a drawing, but 1/8" bore, so you'll need to scale it up. I'd leave the oring section at 1/16" nominal.

If you google deep enough you might find details, if not I've probably got them somewhere, but take a bit of finding
