HP printer on Windows 10

Hello all,

I had a printer problem with my HP printer with windows 10, I've tried the help service with HP and windows but cant get the answer I need.

I tried to print 15 pages of a download but it wouldn't print, so clicked many times to solve the problem and turned it off.

I got the printer going but its printing more than I need, how can find the que so I can delete, to stop printing I've turned the power off.

Hope this makes sense

1 – Type "Printer" in the search bar
This should bring up "Printers and Scanners" at the top of the list, click on this

2. – Find your printer in the list presented, click on it

3 – Click on "Open Queue"

4. – Here you will see the items in the queue, you should able to click and cancel the job here
