Searching for roller chain with pitch 2.5 mm

Hello,

my name is Werner from Germany.
A friend is building a German locomotive in scale 1:32 and He needs a roller chain with a pitch of 2.5 or 3 mm.
He only found one supplier in Japan who is not willing to supply half a meter to Germany.

Does anybody has an idea for another supplier?

McMaster Carr seem to offer some small pitch chain around 3mm pitch.

It might be worth trying this company, who list a German outlet, but only slightly smaller or larger.

RS-6;  1.9mm pitch
RS-11; 3.75mm Pitch
