Hello from Walton on the Naze

Hi my name is Stewart been a member for a while, but only just got round to making a simple model steam engine from Stan Bray book. Just starting out complete newbie,but now retired from driving trains i thought I would give this a go. Hopefully some time soon would like to make a small locomotive thought about starting with Tich or sweet pea I have the book for sweet pea but can’t get the book for Tich at a good price, any advice on what one to try would be appreciated.
