Does anybody know of a source of sheets of "gilding Metal" which apparently is a form of bronze composed of 85% copper and 15% Tin. This is to make some bells for a clock. the instructions recommend this material over plain bronze sheets.

          Hi Beesa

I bought mine from the 'old' Reeves, and I see that Reeves 2000 still list it, see **LINK**

          Regards

I purchased some a while back, and I am pretty sure it came from College Engineering. It is a lovely material to work with. I am sure it only comes in 20g.
