Hi

I wonder if anyone can help me obtain casting for the “3” Marshall 3nhp S Type Convertible”.

I was planning to get all my castings from Live Steam Models Ltd in Derby, but have just be told that Terry Morris who designed the machine has now passed copy rights over to his Grandson who has taken the patterns away from Live Steam Models, so they are no longer able to help. Does anyone know how I could get in touch with him or who is going to be making them in the future. It is a big disappointment as I have already obtained quite a large collection of these casting already (over £800). If anyone can please help that would be great.

I have been waiting to be accepted on that forum for months and months. Still waiting and no response from any emails I’ve sent.

Yes LSM have an email address, Alan from LSM is going to email him but does not seem to keen on passing on to me, says he will have to find it.

A J Reeves originally used to manufacture the castings, but then I think it moved to LSM, certainly they have been suppliers since 2008.

John there been some developments over the weekend on TT a member managed to get in touch with David and reports

‘I have made contact with David and it looks like I have a new job….’ it was also suggested one of his early priories should be to people awaiting membership !
