I think you will be hard pushed to find a double banjo fitting exactly like that, there are some where the two unions are 180deg or 90deg apart but don't think There is much about at that angle that could be soldered.

can they be seen? if not you could have two single banjos on a double bolt if there is room then you can swivel each to whatever angle you need.

Scale would help.

There may be some diesel engine injector leak-off fittings somewhere, but I wouldn’t be holding my breath if I was searching for some. They are low pressure and usually have only push-on connectors for flexible piping.

Making the first will take at least three times as long as any extras, made at the same time!

I have not seen angled inlet/outlet ones as in the pic but there are lots of banjo fittings available off the shelf for automotive use in North America. See link below for several examples. No need for holding breath.

You may be able to save some looking and some coins by making your own though, they are not complicated to do. I made some recently to provide air pressure for a fluid moving system on some O gauge track cleaning equipment. Pic below.
