I am trying to cut the spokes for a 1 gauge Green arrow driving wheels.

the wheel size is (old money values sorry) 2.530″ OD ,18 spokes ( so thats 20 degrees on the table) to finish at 0.055″ at the rim to 0.077″ at the hub.

At a loss on how to correctly machine the angle.

everything is centred and i can get the correct number of spaces but the angle has me stumped.

EDIT I’m Closeing this thread a sit ha sbeen duplicated and the other ha smore replies

Give the hub diameter and ID of the rim and it can be worked out, can’t really be done accurately with just the OD and spoke widths. Or do you mean 0.077 at the ctr and 0.055 at the outside diameter?

Angle likely to be approx 0.7deg so R/T at 0.7, 20.7, 40.7, etc one side and 335.3, 315.3, 295.3 ect the other side

Also need to know the diameter of the cutter you will use to determine the offsets
