DRO Flashing

The DRO on the Z-axis of my WM14 mill has started flashing suggesting a low battery voltage. I replaced the battery but it still flashed after about 30 seconds. Does this suggest that the DRO is kaput.

Corrosion that you can't see may also be the cause. Try cleaning the contacts well before throwing out either battery.
