Hello,

I have just acquired a Startrite H175 horizontal bandsaw and the hydraulic system which lowers the blade carriage seems to need bleeding or topping up. The blade falls unpredictably rather than a nice smooth action. Does anyone have any idea how to service the hydraulic system, I can’t see any bleed screws or topping up ports and the system looks sealed, any ideas welcome.

Any good?

Looks to be filler plugs on the top.
