Warco small mill

Hi all

i have purchased warco’s smallest mill WD12 does anyone have same and fitted DRO , as being an old man my eyes are not as good as they used to be , I have to have a good long look at the increments and I think a DRO would make it a lot easier to use , I only repair clocks so I think the mill will complement my watchmakers lathe.

I have never used a mill before so I have a big learning curve, I was originally looking at a bushing machine but when you consider they are between £1200 and £1800 I went for a mill because I can not only use it to replace bushes but lots of other jobs as well for a total cost of just less than £1000.
