Probably cheaper to buy a budget angle grinder and wait for it to self destruct
I got the case hardened bevel gears for my shunter that way.

Fair enough I suppose … if modern "Budget Tools" burn out before the gears wear out.
But: My angle grinder is still going strong after 25 years of occasional use!
… and these gears are only £4.14 Post Free.
hmm, took me 10 years to kill my bosch angle grinder – and guess what! it was the gears than gave up!, the motor is still going strong and has been 're-purposed'

My just didn't like cutting a surface plat out of granite composite worktop.
