Hi all anyone know if Phoenix Locos are still in business, trying without success to contact them for price and avilability of bogie bolster wagon with brakes.

Their Facebook page has a post from them on 20th November, so it looks like they are still active. Might be worth trying Facebook to contact them.

I'm not a technophobe but resolutely refuse to have anything to do with Facebook, Twitter, Tik Tok, Instagram, Linkedin et al.

I do use Whatsapp however so maybe I am misguided.

Numerous emails have gone unanswered, phone call just rang out. Will have one more try phoning and then give up I think, All I want to do is spend my money, why is it so difficault sometimes.

Phoenix were certainly trading just before Xmas as I emailed them and got a quick reply.

Give them a few weeks: holiday period and COVID is running amok. Not a good time to expect expect top service from small companies.

Dave, take your point about covid and hols but this goes back several weeks.

Encouraged by experience of Baz however so will persevere although I am puzzled why my emails don't get answered, have tried on Yahoo and GMail accounts in case there was an issue with spam.
