I dont think there is anything clever – just put a drop of oil on top of the leadscrew where it enters the clutch housing.
You dont want too much oil sitting around there though – it gives swarf something to stick to and if small enough it can get into the bearing.
If that happens then it's time to take the leadscrew out for a nice clean… which is probably a good thing to do from time to time anyway because crud accumulates inside the apron. It comes out by feeding it to the left through the clutch housing… once you've taken all of that to bits and removed the leadscrew handle etc.
