Hi Everyone,

I’ve just bought a lathe and am looking for a mill.  I’ve always wanted both and am looking forward to making all sorts of bits for my telescopes, mower and home brewery.  I found the forum whilst looking for info on the Sealey SM27 lathe I just bought and it has turned out to be a very interesting place full of other people like me who like making things.

I kept finding myself reading posts on here when I was looking for info on tools and techniques to make things for all my different hobbies so I thought I should join.

By all means find a local model engineering club and join.

You will find like minded individuals and plenty of help and advice, should you need it.
