Don Young’s Gresley N2

Hi all,

I’ve recently started building an N2 to the Reeves drawings by Don Young. I’ve searched the internet high and low for build articles or old publications relating to models of this loco, all to no avail. The name Les Pritchard has come up once, in fact I’ve seen his magnificent N2 at a show a couple of years ago. Apart from that no one seems to be building this particular model.

 

So can anyone help me, either with a lead toward build articles, names of other N2 builders, or even contact details for Les P??

Steve, you could do worse than buy a copy of "Locomotives Illustrated, The Gresley Tanks" on ebay. Two or three quid and loads of photos + words.
