i know have with the wifes agreement 2.5 mteters of 3 1/2" gauge track rasied level in my living room

chow for now im off the ride the mer (mike and erica railway)

Hmmm – I have a 2-8-2 in the living room; my wife thought it sad that the thing was stuck away when it was "a work of art". So, I had to build a book case for it to rest in, and for books, etc to reside… Hmmm ….

It's all about priorities.

Probably most single expensive thing in our house is the 3 piece suite, cost just shy of 3 grand.

The cheapest bike is worth 15 grand, laser cutter 3 grand and CNC mill about the same.

And I'm expected to keep them in a draughty old shed where they can get stolen ?
