Hi Everyone

I have grown up around steam engines as my family own a couple of aveling and porter steam rollers and i know own a 6" traction engine myself. My skill set is probably better described as a steam engine mechanic than engineer.

Up till now i have outsourced most of the machining work but a house move means i will have space for a proper workshop so looking to kit it out.

Look forward to reading the forum for hints and tips.
