How long does it take to get my subscription . I have Payed and want to know when my ! st mag will arrive . I have got them from my local newsagent for the last couple of years . I dont want to miss any copies thanks Mark Sunny Australia 37 C here today

It takes ages!!!

I ordered a digital subscription to MEW on 25th November 2010 and only got my log in details yesterday 11th January 2011 !!!!

The Subscription Dept really need to get their act together.

Hi There

The subscription appears to have been taken out on 23 December, not November.

This is a month after you said you took it out.

The office would have been shut for holidays.

The digital subscription was started on 4 January, the day the office got back from holiday.

That sounds reasonable to me.

The subscription ends on 23/01/2012. That is well over 12 months, probably to allow for delay in post.

I don’t see that as a problem although normally subscription numbers will be emailed straight away. As the subscription number is the same as the paper one, I don’t see why you could not access it.

Hi There

Anyone who signs up online (providing they fill in the correct email address) should receive a bounce back confirmation email with their subs number so they can access immediately.

If you take out a digital subscription online and don’t receive your subs number, please email me so I can get it sorted.
