      Hi Ray,

      > just need to locate a manual for it for reference.

You turn the handle on the side and the top bit goes round – simples!

If I can double the value every month, I will be able to retire on it

I got an email today suggesting that our coverage of Adepts is causing golbal inflation in their value ;-0

                  Neil

I sold it for double what I bought it for. :^)

I could of waited longer and maybe the inflation would continue! But there is a nice Wizard lathe I hope to get

Today I received the vertical slide for the SC3 and fitted it. So far so good, a couple of trial facing and grooving cuts seem ok. Now saving for a set of engine castings to see me through the winter.

Damn I thought I'd broken it. OR was that I was winding back the clock trying to make it work like a time machine. I believe it should have More locks.

Darn I was wondering if the manual showed servicing etc. I found an oil nipple on the rim today now just need to know type grade of oil etc. Might just use the Myford or 4×4 20W50 I have.

Just had a play with Google's online calculator.

It makes a very creditable job of parsing plain English into mathematical expressions.

Including a few parentheses does obviously help … but I was very impressed when I put this into the Google search line:

cube root of ((four pi over three) times ((half twenty five) cubed)
