In the gear change diagrams for z1 to 4 it shows the letter H, excuse my ignorance or senior moment, but whats does "H" stand for.

Hi Colin,

The "H" in the change wheel diagrams designates a spacer. The spacer is a small ring with a keyway that you insert instead of a change wheel.
