When I asked about a replacement plastic interior for my box, (Having dropped it and broken the plastic interior ) the response was to take name and address and send a replacement, refusing payment; F O C.

Disappointed when they moved from West London many years ago and I could no longer visit and rummage through their large selection of tooling but their mail order has always been faultless and they attend a lot of the exhibitions. Excellent company to deal with.
