Anybody got a recommendation for a good synthetic or semi-synthetic (expensive of course) water miscible cutting fluid?

My application is both ferrous (stainless 304) + non-ferrous (brass, nickel silver, aluminum bronze, various tin bronzes & aluminum 7075, 6061)

It's for flood cooling on a brother CNC TC-22A VMC.

I need a fluid that highly resists bacterial growth as the machine is inoperative for significant periods. I had considered GreenCut, but it I have been advised that it stains 7075. Any thoughts?

Did you ask this same question back in 2008 **LINK** ?

I think your main problem is differing materials as I do not think there is a one cuts all.
