Replacement handles for Super C3 mini lathe

Good afternoon gents,

I would like to replace the plastic handles on my lathe with something more aesthetically pleasing, but not using the upgrades from ARC or Axminster.

Does anyone know of a supplier of such things at a reasonable price, or any that could be adapted. The handles have a plain bore of 8mm and are approx 80mm across.
