Does anyone else have a problem trying to upload pics.? I only try one JPEG at a time but after a long and finally full upload bar nothing has happened. Is there some kind of size limit..? JPEGs are typically 3Mb or so. Cheers, Geoff.

          Hi Geoff,

try and reduce the size of the JPEG's and see if that helps.

Hi Geoff, 3Mb JPEG's will take a little time for the website to process and the system can tme out depending on your connection speed, at least that is what I've foumd somtimes. As Thor says try reducing the size by 50% and try again, that is what I normally do.

            Regards Nick.

I use 640 x 480 for posting in my album, I just have to R. click on a photo in my album on my hard drive, click on reduce size, then transfer to the album on this site. Photos from my cell phone, or web cam are small enough to go on direct. Ian S C

I try to keep pictures for albums to about 750kb to keep loading speed reasonable. I either reduce the size (my camera usually produces pictures of about 7Mb…) and/or save with more aggresive jpeg compression settings.

Don't overdo the compression though (see below).

Better off posting links to photo's held elsewhere in my opinion. Specialist sites like Youtube, Flickr, PIcasa, Dropbox are designed and run specifically for storing and sharing files.
