opposed twin i/c engine

I have completed the opposed two piston and three crank engine by Wolfgang Tepper.I need advice on the timeing and direction of rotation,the cams are set at 101 degrees ,I need to know the degees of ignition before TDC any sugestions will be welcome.

For static timing you are probably looking at 5 to 10 deg btdc
