Motor to lead screw coupling method

Easy to make some ‘middles’ for those couplings whilst you still have handles on your mill. Acetal Round Bar will do.

Jason has shown what I always called a LOVEJOY coupling , I think they were the makers and the rubber middle bit was a spare part.

Sometimes something is said on here that causes me to laugh, SOD (Dave)s turn to day, I found his comment about transistors being a ” 3 legged fuse ” very funny, that stopped when the 2N3055 came out.  Noel.
