      I guess the answers to this is somewhere on here but I can't find it so I'll ask a new.

      Is there a problem with MEW magazine getting sent out. Which was the last issue?

      I'm have a continual subscription and not received anything since Oct issue No:320. Has there been no further issues or am I missing something?

          Hi Coggy

          I am not aware of any distribution problems and I have received issues up to and including No 322. Hopefully someone will post details of how you can resolve your issue.

            Thanks Rod, guess I'm missing something then. I did email Mortons a few times but didn't get any response, could be me. I guess I'll have to go back to old tech and phone them on Monday laugh.

              If you fill in your details and describe the problem using the contact page that should get a ticket raised

                    I gave up with the emailing/contact us and phoned. Turns out the direct debit was cancelled by the bank when I switched banks using the automated supper easy switch over, It never got moved over. Still all sorted now far quicker to phone than email.

                        Hi Coggy (and anyone else changing banks)

                        Check the list of DDs to ensure all are swapped over. My bank lists them online but if you're not doing online banking, phone the and ask for a print out like I used to b4 going online. Do it to both banks, before you leave one and after you join the new one. Sorry Coggy, it's a bit late in your case but you could still get a list and see if anything else is missing. Most likely to be the infrequent ones like Quarterly or annual.
