Do admin read their emails?

I have been trying to obtain my MEW subscription details for which I paid months ago. email does not seem to work, so I thought I should ask in the open forum…

Perhaps I might get the access I have requested?

Probably need to be e-mailing the subscriptions department not site admin.

What type of subscription did you take out? I assume you want your subscription number so you can get digital access.

Edit, I see you have the eight digit number, make sure your name is exactly as it was on your subscription as that can muck things up.

I also see you subscribed with a different e-mail than the one you are using on the forum, you need to use the one starting bb………

Also you did not use your middle name when you subscribed, again you must use the detals you used when subscribing.

From the settings page:

"Please ensure that you enter the same email address, name and postal address details that you subscribed with above, otherwise your access to subscriber only content will not be activated"

Thx all. now I am in a complete mess. I moved house and had to change ISPs, plus I changed from printed copies (the were mailed to my new address) to digital subn. I think David Clark 1 that my post sub ran out in June, but I paid for the digital sub before it ran out (just looking for Visa statement to confirm)

so it seems that I have messed up the transition? pretty sure I emailed subscription dept when I was enquiring.
